ROBIN has developed a number of strong and valued connections during its development. These organisations can provide additional support and information that complements the work of ROBIN.
Please contact us with details of others that would be useful to list here, or encourage them to contact us directly:
Monument Community Trust
Monument Community Trust is a small, local trust, set up by Jennings (a founding ROBIN member). A small number of dedicated trustees work with charities and community groups in Oxfordshire to explore ways in which they can provide support and links to others that might be able to help through its extensive network of connections. It can also provide a limited number of small grants for specific needs. For more information:

Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action (OCVA)
OCVA is the main umbrella organisation for the voluntary and community sector in Oxfordshire. It supports the county’s voluntary and community sector with development and funding advice, information and training. OCVA can help organisations find volunteers and help volunteers find a role. Whilst ROBIN is a place to advertise for trustees, we strongly recommend charities and groups contacting OCVA to advertise these roles.
Charity Mentors offers pro bono short-term mentoring for charities with strategic challenges.
Mentors are senior leaders, credible in their own right, who have a range of experience and strategic expertise in the commercial and voluntary sectors. They offer active support and an independent standpoint for a defined period, without taking over responsibility for decision-making, which remains with the Board of Trustees. They help charity leaders actively shape the future in a practical and sustainable way. The project brings together the expertise, skill, good will and resources of local professionals and businesses to support community enterprises in Oxfordshire at critical moments.
